Gunjal Patel is a director in the Mergers and Acquisitions practice, based in London. Gunjal leverages more than nine years of M&A and corporate finance experience in assisting private equity-sponsored, founder-owned and publicly traded businesses across the UK, U.S. and Europe on cross-border, domestic and complex carve-out transactions.

Prior to joining Kroll, Gunjal served in the mergers and acquisitions team at both Robert W. Baird, a U.S.- headquartered investment bank, and Goetzpartners, a German-headquartered M&A and consultancy boutique.

Gunjal’s extensive experience includes sell- and buy-side advisory, leveraged buyout, recapitalization and capital raise assignments across several sectors including business services and health care, aerospace, defense and space and consumer.

Gunjal received a Bachelor of Science with honors in investment and financial risk management from Cass Business School.
