Gregory Smith joined Kroll in 2000. He is a managing director in the Boston office and part of the firm’s Valuation Advisory Services practice. Greg has more than 12 years of experience in corporate finance, business valuations, intangible asset valuations and purchase price allocations.

Prior to joining Duff & Phelps, Greg was in the Business Assurance practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers. He specializes in serving clients in the financial services industry, in particular, the banking and investment management sectors and has expertise in performing valuations of businesses and assets for acquisition, divestiture, financial and tax reporting and other corporate finance needs. Greg’s clients include several of the world’s largest banks and investment management companies. 

Greg holds an M.B.A. in finance from the University of Maryland and a B.A. in economics from Hamilton College.
