Glen McFarlane

Glen leverages over two decades of leadership experience in eDiscovery and legal technology, with a focus on supporting complex litigation, regulatory enforcement and internal investigations.

Glen leads Kroll’s global Discovery Solutions offering, overseeing revenue, strategy, innovation and delivery across a wide range of data-driven legal matters. He specializes in defensible, technology-enabled workflows for data collection, processing, review and production, particularly in high-stakes, multi-jurisdictional matters. He has played key roles in some of the most significant legal matters of the past two decades, including the Enron bankruptcy, mortgage-backed securities litigation and regulatory investigations involving global financial institutions. Glen has also served as a 30(b)(6) deponent, providing expert testimony on discovery processes and data management.

Prior to joining Kroll, Glen served as Managing Director and Global Head of Legal Discovery Management at JPMorgan Chase, where he led the firm’s eDiscovery function and built it into a globally recognized operation. He later served as Global Head of Legal Solutions, Operations and Data at the same company, where he oversaw the legal department’s technology portfolio and led enterprise-wide transformation initiatives, including the implementation of AI-driven analytics, workflow automation and contract lifecycle management systems.

Glen has led high-performing teams across North America, EMEA, APAC and LATAM. He is widely recognized for his ability to bridge legal and technical disciplines, delivering scalable solutions that enhance compliance, reduce risk and improve efficiency. He is a board member of the New York Chapter of the Association of Certified E-Discovery Specialists (ACEDS) and an active member of the Corporate Legal Operations Consortium (CLOC).

Glen holds a B.S. in mathematics from the University of Houston and an M.S. in biostatistics from the University of Vermont. He is also a Certified E-Discovery Specialist (CEDS).
