Prior to joining Kroll, Francois was the Co-Founder, CEO and Principal of Eurofin Investment Pte. Ltd. (also known as EFA Group), a Capital Market Service Licensee of the Monetary Authority of Singapore. At EFA Group, Francois provided leadership for the firm’s strategic plans and was responsible for charting the overall organizational direction and maintaining operational engagement via the firm’s Executive Committee and various Fund’s Investment Committees and Board of Directors. He spearheaded the introduction of commodity trade finance funds in the region. His expertise spans multiple sectors, including commodities, industrials, real estate, and agri-trade, to name a few.
Francois received an M.B.A in International Business from the Asian Institute of Technology in Bangkok and a master’s degree in management from the SKEMA Sophia-Antipolis Business School in France. He is also a member of the Young Presidents Organization and guardian of the New Zealand Open of Golf. Francois is also a licensed real estate agent in Singapore.
