Prior to joining Kroll, Francesco was a Director in Transaction Services practice at PWC. He began his career at KPMG, gaining experience as an auditor and building a strong accounting foundation that underpins his transaction advisory work.
Francesco has advised leading international private equity funds, including Invest industrial, Blackstone, Cinven, CVC and Ardian, as well as Italian investors such as Clessidra, Aksìa, Ambienta and FSI. He has also supported corporate clients across a range of domestic and cross‑border transactions.
His sector experience includes healthcare and pharmaceuticals, industrial manufacturing, IT and telecommunications. His work covers financial due diligence, review of financial projections, preparation of business plans in both growth and distressed scenarios and SPA review. This experience enables him to support clients’ investment decisions and advise effectively during negotiations, including in complex transaction environments.
Francesco holds a master’s degree in business administration from Bocconi University in Milan.
