Enrico Rovere

Enrico specializes in the valuation of businesses and intangible assets for acquisitions, divestitures, corporate reorganizations, financial reporting and tax purposes. Throughout his career, he has advised clients across a broad range of industries, including manufacturing, technology, telecommunications, retail, consumer products, healthcare and utilities.

Prior to joining Kroll, Enrico served as Partner and Vice Chairman at Pirola Corporate Finance S.p.A. and Pirola Pennuto Zei & Associati, where he led the valuation practice. Before that, he was Head of Strategic Planning at FCA Group in Turin and Senior Manager in PwC’s Financial Advisory Services practice in New York. These roles provided him with extensive experience in corporate strategy, valuation, mergers and acquisitions and financial advisory services across international markets.

In addition to his client work, Enrico is an active contributor to the corporate finance community. He is a member of the Board of Trustees of Organismo Italiano di Valutazione (OIV) – the Italian Valuation Standards Board, which is part of the International Valuation Standards Council (IVSC), and also a member of the M&A Committee of the Italian Private Equity and Venture Capital Association (AIFI) and the Corporate Finance Committee of the Italian National Association of Financial Executives (ANDAF). He also serves as Assistant Professor and member of the Scientific Committee for the Master of Science in analysis and financial planning at the University of Cassino and Southern Lazio and is a frequent speaker at industry conferences and seminars.

Enrico holds a University Diploma in business administration, with a concentration in corporate finance, from the University of Turin, an M.S. in economics and business from the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia, and an MBA in finance from the University of Connecticut. He is a Certified Chartered Accountant and Registered Statutory Auditor in Italy.
