Ellen Machenheimer

At Kroll, Ellen specializes in assisting clients with risk mitigation by providing third-party risk management, background diligence solutions and complex global investigations in an effort to help leaders protect their people, property, investments and reputation. In addition to pre-transaction due diligence, she also spearheads consulting projects to address due diligence objectives, customize vendor onboarding and due diligence programs and analyze current trends regarding regulatory compliance. Ellen works closely with Kroll's domestic and international leaders to keep abreast of current global security issues and regulatory changes.

Prior to joining Kroll, Ellen served as a Due Diligence Consultant, providing solutions to several Fortune 500 companies across energy, defense, financial services, technology, retail, manufacturing and infrastructure sectors.

Ellen is actively involved in fostering at-risk canines through Stray Animal Adoption Program, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to animal rescue.

Ellen is a Certified Know Your Customer Associate through the Association of Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialists.
