He has over 30 years of experience advising clients on restructuring and exit strategies, with a focus on delivering value through efficient legal entity rationalization and managed exits.

Eddie specialises in:

• Legal entity rationalization: Streamlining global structures to reduce cost and complexity
• Managed exits: Supporting clients in exiting non-core jurisdictions or operations
• Entity elimination: Returning value to shareholders and creditors through appropriate processes

He has advised listed groups, private companies and owner-managed businesses across sectors including financial services, technology, real estate, aviation, hospitality, retail and manufacturing.

Eddie’s notable assignments include:

• Leading a global entity rationalization for a U.S.-based technology group going through a Chapter 11 reorganization
• Managing the UK exit for a subsidiary of a Hong Kong-listed financial services group; simplifying the structure of a Fortune 500 food processing group, dissolving 180+ entities in 18 months
• Acting in numerous liquidations, returning over £100m to shareholders in a tax-efficient manner
• Numerous liquidations returning capital totaling more than £100 million to shareholders tax effectively

Prior to joining Kroll, Eddie held senior roles at leading top four firms. He is a licensed Insolvency Practitioner and a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
