He leverages over 12 years of restructuring, insolvency and transactional experience. Having begun his career in Australia, he relocated to Bermuda seven years ago. Dylan's diverse casework includes distressed asset and business sales, debt restructurings, schemes of arrangement, debt enforcement, asset recovery, investigations and regulatory compliance matters. He has significant experience working with companies in the banking, insurance, investment funds, oil and gas, telecommunications and building and construction sectors.
Dylan is a Chartered Accountant with the Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand (CAANZ), a member of the Chartered Professional Accountants of Bermuda (CPA Bermuda) and an ex-officio committee member of Bermuda’s Restructuring and Insolvency Specialist Association (RISA).
Dylan is also an appointment taker for appointments made in the Supreme Court of Bermuda.
