Devin Rochford

Prior to joining Kroll, Devin spent over a decade leading an analytics and modeling team at a major advisory firm, most recently as Managing Director at EY Parthenon, where he led the Financial Services Office within the Decision Modeling and Analytics practice. He has delivered engagements for clients across the U.S., Latin America, the U.K. and Europe.

Devin’s work spans analytics-driven decision support across the corporate finance lifecycle, including reporting modernization, performance monitoring, capital formation strategy and event-driven CFO advisory tied to acquisitions, integrations and carve-outs. He has deep experience in private equity and private capital, where he has advised firms on portfolio valuation, risk oversight and analytics and process infrastructure, supporting the quarterly and annual valuation cycle.

Devin has also led the development of AI and machine learning platforms used to deliver analytics at scale, including production AI models deployed in regulated financial settings.

Devin holds a B.S. in finance from Fordham University in New York.
