David Malo is a Senior Director in the Restructuring Administration practice, based in New York. Dave has over 20 years of experience leading and managing the administration of large Chapter 11 cases, including that of DVI, WorldCom, Delta Air Lines, J.A. Jones and Tribune Company.
Prior to joining Kroll, Dave worked at Epiq Systems where he served as senior case manager and team lead.
Dave graduated from the University at Albany.
