David leverages more than 35 years of plant and machinery valuation experience in assisting energy and natural resources companies with valuations for many purposes, including insurance and financial, asset register reconciliation and compilation, war damage and fire/explosion damage claims, sale purposes, insolvency and auctions.
Prior to joining Kroll, David was Managing Director and shareholder at London-headquartered Appraisal & Valuation Consultants Ltd, which was acquired by Kroll in 2022. In this role, he was involved in operations, planning, corporate affairs and managing and carrying out valuations. He was part of the team that provided a range of valuation services to clients globally.
His notable clients include oil and petroleum companies, for which David helped in preparing multiple War Damage and Claim Assessment Reports for submission to the United Nations.
David holds a B.Sc in material science and metallurgy from the University of Wales Cardiff College.
