David Eadie is Director in Valuation Advisory practice, based in London. He has more than seven years of experience advising corporates, private equity firms and financial institutions on complex valuation matters arising from financial reporting, transactions, investment activities and restructuring situations.

David’s work covers the valuation of business enterprises, private equity interests and a wide range of intangible assets, including technology, intellectual property and customer-related assets. He supports clients across multiple industries and regularly performs purchase price allocations, fair value assessments under IFRS and US GAAP, valuations in support of restructuring processes and analyses in matters involving valuation disputes.

Prior to joining Kroll, David served as Manager in the Valuations practice at Mazars. He was responsible for delivering business enterprise valuations for commercial, tax and accounting purposes, as well as purchase price allocations for financial reporting. Before that, he held the title of Assistant Manager at KPMG, where he gained experience in financial reporting and audit across a range of financial services clients.

David completed an M.A. in accountancy at the University of Aberdeen and qualified as a Chartered Accountant with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland.

He is also a member of the ICAEW Valuations Special Interest Group.
