David’s experience includes managing mergers and acquisitions processes and refinancing mandates, as well as conducting independent business reviews, pre-lending reviews and short-term cashflow reviews for small-to-medium sized businesses. He also has experience working on larger, more complex cross border restructuring engagements.
David brings deep expertise in stakeholder management, cash flow forecasting and cash management across a wide range of business sectors including manufacturing, engineering, recruitment, construction, hospitality, agriculture and infrastructure. These engagements have involved extensive financial due diligence and close collaboration with management teams and lenders in both growth and distressed situations.
Before joining Kroll, David’s prior experience included working at a private credit fund, where he was involved in deal origination, investment appraisal and portfolio management. He also held restructuring advisory roles.
David holds a Bachelor of Economics degree from the University of Sydney and is a member of the institute of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand.
