Daniel leverages more than 28 years of experience in fixed asset advisory services, specializing in the valuation of real and personal property for insurance purposes. He has provided appraisal services for a wide range of property types including airports, hospitals, hotels, manufacturing plants, universities, arenas, marinas and municipalities. He has worked extensively in the U.S., managing complex valuation projects with a global scope.
In his current role, Daniel focuses on determining reproduction costs for real property and replacement costs for personal property. His work supports clients in developing accurate insurance valuations and asset records for risk management, financial reporting and strategic planning. He has served clients across both public and private sectors, including healthcare, education, transportation and industrial markets.
Prior to joining Kroll, Daniel held leadership roles at Maximus Inc. and Hirons & Associates, Inc., where he provided valuation services to clients in sectors such as aviation, manufacturing and cultural institutions.
Daniel holds a Bachelor of Science in economics from the University of Wisconsin. His extensive experience and industry knowledge make him a trusted advisor in the fixed asset and insurance valuation space.
