Daniel Fernandez Allende is Director in the Transaction Advisory Services practice, based in London. Daniel has ten years of transaction advisory experience, advising private equity and corporate clients on buy side and sell side financial due diligence across the UK and Europe. Daniel specialises in cross border transactions and complex carve out situations, supporting clients through critical financial and transaction related decision-making.

Prior to joining Kroll, Daniel served as Associate at Accuracy, where he advised private equity and corporate clients on domestic and cross border transactions across Europe. Throughout his career, he has developed deep expertise in assessing financial performance and identifying key deal risks in complex transaction environments.

Daniel supports clients through detailed analysis of quality of earnings, net debt, working capital and cash flow. He also advises on SPA matters and completion mechanisms as part of the broader transaction process, helping clients evaluate transaction considerations and mitigate financial risk.

Daniel holds a double degree in business administration and law and a first class honours master’s degree in corporate finance from ICADE Business School.
