Daniel Accioly Rosa

Daniel leverages more than 20 years of international experience leading digital transformation, cybersecurity, AI-enabled innovation, data and analytics and large-scale technology operations across Latin America, Europe, Asia and Australia to lead Kroll’s Discovery and Analytics Solutions practice in Latin America. In addition to driving regional strategy, client engagement, business growth and service delivery, he helps clients navigate complex litigation, regulatory, investigative and cybersecurity matters through eDiscovery, data analytics and AI-enabled solutions.

Daniel also oversees Kroll Cyber and Data Resilience’s React business across LATAM and collaborates closely with the Cyber Advisory, Investigations and Compliance teams to deliver integrated solutions, strengthen client relationships and expand Kroll’s presence across the region’s legal, investigations and technology markets.

Prior to joining Kroll, Daniel held global and regional CIO leadership positions at multinational organizations including DSM, Yara, Avanade (the Accenture-Microsoft joint venture), Accenture and EY. Throughout his career as a global technology executive, he has helped organizations modernize complex technology environments, accelerate digital growth, strengthen cybersecurity capabilities and transform technology into a strategic business enabler.

Daniel’s experience includes managing multimillion-dollar technology portfolios, leading large-scale enterprise transformation and integration programs, supporting pre-IPO companies and driving measurable business outcomes through technology. Notable achievements include enabling more than USD20 million in digital sales through omnichannel initiatives, generating over USD10 million in recurring revenue from digital farming products and services, and unlocking more than R$10 million in additional revenue through data-driven business initiatives.

Daniel holds an MBA from INSEAD, an M.Sc. in information security from Royal Holloway, University of London as a Chevening Scholar, and a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering. He also holds multiple industry certifications, including CISSP, CISM, CISA and SANS GIAC.
