Prior to joining Kroll, Craig was Group Leader of People Integration and Transformation at the London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG), serving as Business Partner and Advisor to executive committee members and leading over 300 human resources professionals, spanning 60 geographies and 24,000 global employees. Within this role, he transformed LSEG’s organization and business model, developed and directed all talent selection methodologies and implementation, designed and implemented hundreds of policies and processes to enhance employee experience and delivered multi-year cost plans to achieve all people-related cost, successfully integrating Refinitiv into LSEG.
Before LSEG, Craig held the role of Chief Operating Officer - People and Deputy Chief People Officer at Refinitiv, where he was a key player in the formation, transformation and growth of the company, enabling the sale and transition to LSEG. Craig also held leadership positions at Thomson Reuters, HSBC, American Express as well as Sainsburys, Hearst Corporation and Diesel Clothes.
Craig holds a B.A. joint honors degree in human resources management with marketing from the University of Hertfordshire, and he is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
