Conrad Kim

His team has the expertise to execute large-scale, multiproperty, multinational and global valuation engagements. Conrad has experience valuing a wide range of property types, including multifamily, retail, office, medical office, industrial, land and healthcare (senior living and hospitals). His team also specializes in appraising niche assets such as hotels, single-family rental portfolios, self-storage facilities, data centers and casinos.

Prior to joining Kroll, Conrad served as a Leadership Rotational Associate at Cadillac Fairview, where he worked with both the retail leasing and office property management teams. In this role, he supported managers by conducting market analyses, preparing business cases and assisting with the budgeting cycle.

Conrad has also completed numerous engagements for financial reporting and tax purposes, including valuations for ASC 805 purchase accounting, lease accounting (favorable/unfavorable and right-of-use analyses) under ASC 842, ASC 360 impairment analyses and other tax and financial accounting requirements.

He earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the Smith School of Business at Queen’s University. Conrad is a Member of the Appraisal Institute of Canada (P.App., AACI) and is currently a candidate for designation with the Appraisal Institute (MAI).
