Cinzia Previtali

Cinzia leverages more than 14 years of experience in retail real estate valuation and commercial advisory. Cinzia specialises in the valuation of single assets and real estate portfolios regarding shopping centres, retail parks, medium to large standalone retail formats and high-street properties. Her expertise also covers development areas and intangible assets such as commercial licences.

Her work includes independent expert assignments, valuations supporting bank financing and corporate transactions, commercial due diligence and advisory services related to specific market studies, including catchment area analysis, mapping of local commercial geographies, and estimation of the potential revenues of planned developments.

Prior to joining Kroll, Cinzia worked as a researcher at URB&COM (Laboratorio Urbanistica e Commercio), within the Department of Architecture and Urban Studies.

Cinzia holds a master’s degree in “urban planning and policy design” at Politecnico di Milano and a bachelor’s degree in “territorial planning” at Iuav University of Venice.
