Christina Caviston

Christina has over seven years of experience within real estate consulting services, focusing on valuations, due diligence and financial analysis. Christina’s experience ranges from individual properties to portfolios which consist of industrial, office, retail, multi-family, single family rentals, student housing, hotels, life sciences/biotechnology, medical office, senior living facilities, data centers, telecom assets and development opportunities.

Christina has consulted on many engagements with real estate owners, operators, developers, private investors, REIT’s and financial institutions. She has completed valuations for financial reporting in connection with ASC 805 and IFRS related to purchase price allocations, tax accounting, fair value measurements, goodwill impairment testing and lease accounting. Christina also has experience with bankruptcy transactions, fresh start accounting, acquisition due diligence, sale lease-back transactions, corporate real estate portfolio valuations and leasehold valuations.

Christina holds an undergraduate degree in real estate finance from the University of Connecticut. Christina is currently a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser in Massachusetts, Maryland, Connecticut, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, Maine and Vermont.
