Chris Rogers is Director of Digital Forensics and Incident Response (DFIR) in the Cyber and Data Resilience practice, based in Secaucus.

Chris leverages over 13 years of experience in DFIR, helping clients investigate and recover from cyber incidents and providing strategic leadership across a wide range of cyber defense and incident response engagements.

Prior to joining Kroll, Chris held senior consulting roles at leading cybersecurity firms including Palo Alto Networks Unit 42, Accenture and CrowdStrike, where he led numerous complex and high-stakes investigations. Between his time at PANW Unit 42 and CrowdStrike, he also led and rebuilt GEICO’s Cyber Security Incident Response Team (CSIRT) and Security Operations Center (SOC), driving improvements in threat detection and operational resilience.

Chris earned his bachelor’s degree in computer information systems from Georgia State University. He holds multiple advanced certifications from the SANS Institute, including GIAC Defending Advanced Threats (GDAT), GIAC Certified Forensic Analyst (GCFA) and GIAC Certified Incident Handler (GCIH). His deep technical expertise and leadership experience make him a trusted advisor to clients navigating today’s evolving cyber threat landscape.
