Cassandra Ho

Cassandra became part of Kroll in 2025 following its acquisition of Madison Pacific. 

She led the legacy Madison Pacific Group across its geographic network and has over 20 years of senior banking and corporate credit risk experience in complex asset and debt structuring, restructuring and distressed transactions. 

With substantial exposure to multiple jurisdictions — including Asia, Australia, India, South Korea, China, Japan, the Americas and Europe — and across diversified industries such as mining, manufacturing, shipping, offshore services and agriculture, she is well suited to partner lenders, financiers, investors, funds and other stakeholders to manage a broad range of transactions from credit risk, legal, operational and commercial perspectives.

Cassandra has held senior management positions in credit risk across Australia and Hong Kong, working with Bank One NA/JP Morgan, Bank of America, Westpac, and ANZ, as well as gaining experience in the non-bank financial sector. She is highly knowledgeable in complex treasury operations, debt capital markets (DCM), asset and debt structuring, treasury products, restructuring, and managing distressed situations. With her substantial exposure to multiple jurisdictions, Cassandra brings a practical and well-rounded perspective drawn from her extensive background as a lender, treasury services professional, financial service provider, and collateral enforcement specialist for both banks and non-banks.

Cassandra holds a B.Com and LLB from the University of New South Wales in Australia. Cassandra speaks English and Cantonese.
