Cameron’s recent experience includes advising a strategic buyer in the HVAC industry on 10 bolt-on acquisitions, which ultimately led to a sell-side engagement that raised $175mn in capital.
Prior to joining Kroll, Cameron worked at KPMG for five years, beginning his career in audit and assurance, where he provided audit services for Fortune 500 and Fortune 1000 companies. He then moved to KPMG Transaction Advisory Services Group providing financial due diligence services for private equity clients.
Cameron received Bachelor of Science in accounting with a concentration in finance. Cameron is a Certified Public Accountant in Texas.
