Bilal Anwar

He has 18 years of experience in corporate finance advisory, having started his career in Investment Banking at JPMorgan in London in 2008. Prior to joining Kroll, Bilal was part of EY’s Strategy and Transactions practice for over 12 years between 2013 and 2025, where he split his time between the UK and Middle East markets. His client base includes public sector government entities and energy, health and life sciences and infrastructure corporates.

Bilal has expertise in advising senior stakeholders on corporate finance matters – from structuring transactions and PPPs, through to advising clients on developing data commercialization strategies and solving complex capital / resource allocation and value creation challenges.

Bilal graduated with honours in Accounting and Finance from London School of Economics and is a Fellow member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants. Bilal is a keen golfer and cricketer - although more watching than playing cricket these days.
