He has more than 15 years of experience in business and intangible assets valuations for M&A, reorganizations, financial and tax reporting purposes, involving corporate clients and private equity funds representing a broad range of industries, including manufacturing, information & communication technology (ICT), retail, consumer products, health care and utilities.
Prior to joining the firm, Andrea worked as a manager at Pirola Corporate Finance S.p.A. and Pirola Pennuto Zei & Associati in the Valuation practice.
Andrea holds a degree in economics from the University of Turin. He also obtained the certification of chartered accountant from Italy and is a registered statutory auditor in Italy.
