Anahit Soghoyan

Anahit brings more than a decade of experience in valuation and financial modeling, specializing in valuations for financial reporting, tax purposes and strategic decision-making.

Prior to joining Kroll, Anahit worked at Grant Thornton, playing an important role in growing the valuation team. Before that Anahit spent nearly five years at Kroll (formerly Duff & Phelps) in Amsterdam, where she developed expertise in complex valuations and financial modeling. Anahit began her career at the Central Bank of Armenia, where she spent five years building a strong foundation in finance and economics.

In her current role at Kroll, she supports purchase price allocations, impairment testing and fairness opinions, providing clients with essential insights and support for strategic decision-making.

With her international experience and technical expertise, Anahit is a trusted adviser to clients navigating complex valuation challenges.

Anahit holds a Master of Finance from the University of Cambridge and a master’s degree in economics from Yerevan State University.
