Amaury specializes in the valuation of companies and intangible assets for various purposes. His experience includes fairness opinions, independent advisory, purchase price allocation and impairment testing. He also provides valuations for tax purposes such as asset transfers and legal entity reorganizations.
Amaury serves clients of all industries, and benefits from specific expertise in the industrials, healthcare, energy and infrastructure sectors.
Before joining Kroll (formerly Duff & Phelps) in 2011, Amaury started his career at Ernst & Young. He also gained experience in Mergers & Acquisitions at Oddo Corporate Finance, and in structured finance at Crédit Agricole CIB.
Amaury graduated from HEC Paris majoring in Finance. He also holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Université Paris Dauphine and is a member of the French Appraisal Society (Société Française des Evaluateurs).
