Ali leverages more than 25 years of valuation experience and specializes in providing industrial facility valuations. He provides advisory for the purposes of IFRS/ASPE, financial reporting, allocation of purchase price, due diligence, fresh start accounting, disputes, litigation, liquidation, insurance, financing, tax and creating fixed assets property records. He works as project manager on many large, multidiscipline assignments.

He has appraised all types of tangible assets, including a wide range of manufacturing plants, mining, power generation plants, food processing plants, steel mills, electronic circuits, oil and gas plants, pulp and paper plants, dairy, brewing and bottling plants and chemical plants.

Ali has performed valuations throughout the world, including, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Burkina Faso, Brazil, Canada, Czech Republic, Central Asia, Colombia, Cuba, France, Ivory Coast, Mali, Mexico, Namibia, Netherlands, Pakistan, Peru, the Bahamas, the United States and the United Kingdom.

Ali holds a Bachelor of Engineering in industrial engineering and is a recognized expert in the field of machinery and equipment valuation. He is an Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA) in machinery & technical specialties/machinery & equipment with the American Society of Appraisers and a Professional Member (MRICS) of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. Throughout his career, Ali has demonstrated a strong commitment to professional excellence and community engagement, actively participating in industry initiatives and mentoring aspiring professionals in the valuation and engineering sectors.
