Adam Schwartz

Adam has more than 10 years of valuation experience focused on real estate valuation and consulting for PE firms, hedge funds, financial services companies and real estate investment trusts (publicly traded and nontraded).
He has experience in providing real estate valuation and consulting services for financial reporting and tax purposes (ASC 805 and impairment testing), fairness opinions, appraisals, positive assurance, feasibility studies and acquisition due diligence across all property types, including office, retail, multifamily, industrial and hotels.
He serves numerous clients, including Blackstone, KKR, Cerberus Capital Management, Sculptor Capital Management, Rockwood Capital, Empire State Realty Trust, Madison International Realty, Canyon Capital, Rockefeller Group and Shorenstein.
Adam holds a BBA in real estate and urban land economics and risk management from the University of Wisconsin–Madison. He is a Certified Commercial Real Estate Appraiser in NY, NJ, NH and PA.
