UMD Virtual Panel: The Rise of White Collar Crime in Times of Fiscal Uncertainty and COVID-19

Bruce Dubinsky, Managing Director in the Disputes Consulting practice, participated in a virtual panel hosted by The University of Maryland Alumni Association discussing the anticipated increase of white collar crime and financial fraud surrounding the likely fallout from the aftermath of COVID-19. The panelists discussed the types of pressures past crises have created and the red flags and indicators we might see in the near-term signaling the risk of white collar crime, regulatory offenses and other fraud as well as waste and abuse.
