Kroll in association with The Hong Kong Independent Non-Executive Director Association (HKiNEDA) is pleased to present the Business Valuation Survey Report 2020 on the use of independent valuation to promote corporate governance of weighted voting rights (WVR).
We surveyed over 170 respondents across various industries, including financial services, business services, customer products and retail, and asset/wealth management firms to understand the following:
- How business valuation can benefit board members on corporate transactions
- The role of board members involved in the valuation process
- Areas of improvement in the business valuation process for corporate transactions
