Named a “Leader” in The Forrester Wave™: Customer Data Breach Notification and Response Services, Q4 2017 report, Kroll earned high marks for delivering on core breach response capabilities and beyond.

Published by Forrester Research, a global research and advisory firm, the report evaluates seven of the most prominent notification and response service providers on 18 criteria organized under three primary areas – current offering, strategy, and market presence. The report aims to help security and risk professionals select the right partner for their pre-breach planning needs as well as breach notification and response efforts.

According to the report, “Vendors that can best prepare and guide clients, provide a smooth response, and innovate on their response and customer protection offerings position themselves to … grow a reputation for successful response.”

Kroll received the highest scores possible in several categories, including Customer Protection, Customer Experience, and Client Experience. Further, the report declares Kroll “is capable of being a one-stop shop for multiple services relating to breach response, from forensic investigations to support for clients in litigation issues.”
