Now in its fifth year, Paris Arbitration Week brings the international arbitration community together for a week of academic debate and professional exchange, both virtually and in the beautiful city of Paris.

As an official partner of Paris Arbitration Week 2021, Kroll is scheduled to present three topics on the events calendar, starting with a virtual webinar brought to you by David Falkenstern and David Coyne from Kroll’s expert services team, Rena Scott from Orrick and Yann Schneller from Cartier Meyniel Schneller.

Schedule: 11:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. CEST

Getting intimate… The lawyer and the delay expert… Can we be friends? The panellists will begin with a simple guide to construction delay analysis. This will be followed by a more detailed discussion between lawyers and experts on where the expert's role ends and lawyer’s role begins in causation, cultural differences between Continental Europe and the UK, hearing collaboration between lawyers and experts, and much more.
