The Duff & Phelps Transfer Pricing practice is proud to participate at the Networking Seminars Inc. two-day seminar titled, “Practical Approaches to Common of Transfer Pricing Concepts” sponsored by Posinelli LLP, which will be held May 16-17 in Houston, Texas.

This introductory seminar provides a working knowledge of key transfer pricing concepts and an understanding of steps needed to document intercompany transactions.

Patrick McColgan, Managing Director in Duff & Phelps’ Transfer Pricing practice, will present on the session titled, “Analyzing the Intercompany Transfers of Intangible Property”, which will cover defining intangible property, royalty determination, pricing intangible transfers, coordination with OECD guidelines, developing a supportable IP structure and practical examples. 

Kerim Keser, Managing Director and Duff & Phelps’ Transfer Pricing practice leader in Germany, will present on the session titled, “Analyzing Intercompany Financial Transactions”, where he will provide an understanding of the changing intercompany finance envioronment, developing a supportable intercompany finance policy and practical examples and documentation best practices.

Additionally, Patrick and Kerim will participate on the panel session titled, “Contemporaneous Documentation”, which will cover Country-by-Country Reporting (CbCR) and strategies for optimal implementation of global documentation.
