Sin Yee Koh, Director in the Financial Services Compliance and Regulation practice, will speak at a Singapore Fund Manager Briefing organized by Alternative Investment Management Association (AIMA). The session is themed: “Current MAS regulatory focus.”

The session will cover recent Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) changes and regulations that the organization has proposed for future implementation. It also explores current MAS regulatory focus that may have an impact on hedge fund managers.
