Tommy Helsby and Zoë Newman will be speaking at the GLL Global GC Congress this month. Using a recent case study involving a massive cyber-attack, they will demonstrate how the GC can play a critical role in dealing with a crisis and leading the company back to safer waters. Topics will include: Preparing for the unexpected, and handling internal and external stakeholders.
Schedule: Sept 12, 8:45 a.m. - Sept 13, 2:30 p.m. (PDT)
Managing Director Neil Kirton will also be speaking at the conference on the panel, 'Caught in the cross-fire: Shareholder activism and communications'. Shareholder activism is a growing threat but can be deterred with regular and clear communication. The panel will share tactics they have used to deal with shareholder activism and provide key takeaways from their experiences.
This two day congress is a forum for Global GCs to learn from some of the world's most inspiring leaders whilst having the opportunity to discuss the global issues that face them in their roles today.
