New format! Ask questions, share your learnings. This facilitated and interactive roundtable will help you prepare to advise your organization’s response to a breach or other cyber incident. Pundits often repeat the now ‘old’ adage that the only two types of companies out there are ones that know they have suffered a breach and ones that will soon find out. Accordingly, an incident response plan (IRP) can be an important tool. Surprisingly, many attorneys either do not yet have a plan or do not know how to go about putting one together. This session will cover the details of putting such a plan in place.
