Tim Gallagher, Managing Director in our Business Intelligence and Investigations practice and ex-FBI Special Agent, appeared on FOX News’ America’s Newsroom to discuss the FBI's investigation into the death of six tourists in the Dominican Republic and the case of missing Connecticut mother, Jennifer Dulos.
“The FBI is working with local partners on the ground in the Dominican Republic, looking for that common thread that links all of these deaths. The toxicology tests they need to run could take up to 30 days to get back - it's key to the collection, the analysis and the testimony which will accompany it.”
Commenting on the case of Jennifer Dulos, Tim said, “There's some pretty strong evidence in the obstruction case as we speak and you go where the evidence takes you. You have bloody clothing being disposed of, DNA on the faucet mixed with blood. It's not just what you found, it's where you found it."
