Tarun Bhatia Shares Lessons on Corporate Governance Following Infosys Whistleblower in India

Tarun Bhatia, Managing Director and Head of South Asia in the Business Intelligence and Investigations practice at Kroll, a division of Duff & Phelps, shared a few lessons in corporate governance following the whistleblower complaint on Infosys, an Indian software and IT services provider. Tarun shares more about corporate governance in India in the video with LiveMint and advises companies to conduct proactive reviews instead of waiting for an allegation to happen.
