Robert Peters and Sonia Walwyn Published in the Journal of Multistate Taxation and Incentives: Unclaimed Property Year in Review
Managing Director Robert Peters and Director Sonia Walwyn in Duff & Phelps Unclaimed Property and Tax Risk Advisory practice, contributed an article in the Journal of Multistate Taxation and Incentives titled, “Unclaimed Property Year in Review: A Tale of Two Cities”. The article reviews unclaimed property developments in 2017, especially in relation to events in the state of Delaware, and covers the future of unclaimed property for corporate America.
