Reshmi Khurana Quoted in the Business Times on Grabfood's Latest News

Reshmi Khurana, Managing Director and Head of Southeast Asia in the Business Intelligence and Investigations practice of Kroll, a division of Duff & Phelps, was featured in The Business Times article, “GrabFood may be secret sauce for tasty margins.” Tech player GRAB announced plans to integrate its on-demand food delivery service, GrabFood into its main ride-hailing app.

Commenting on this move, Reshmi said, “the small consumer market in Singapore and low barriers to entry present challenges to earnings” for players in this market. “The entry of new players will mean that the existing players have to boost their marketing and promotion spends. That obviously eats into profitability,” she added.
