Prime Clerk Team Expands With Two New Hires Including Former Jones Day Partner

New York – Prime Clerk, part of Kroll’s Business Services division and the leader in global, end-to-end restructuring administration services, has strengthened its team with the addition of two industry experts, Stacey Corr-Irvine and Bobby DeStefano.

Corr-Irvine joins the Prime Clerk practice as a director and will leverage her decade-long restructuring career and front-line Chapter 11 case experience to expand upon our commitment to client service. Prior to joining the Prime Clerk team, Corr-Irvine was a partner in the Business Restructuring & Reorganization department of Jones Day, where she represented debtors and creditors in large complex restructurings and out-of-court workouts. Corr-Irvine graduated from Villanova University and holds a J.D. from Brooklyn Law School.

DeStefano joins the Prime Clerk practice as a business development associate. DeStefano previously worked as an investment banking analyst at Ducera Partners where he assisted in effectuating complex restructuring transactions across multiple industries, representing both debtors and creditors filing for Chapter 11. Prior to Ducera, he was in the Credit Research Group of Debtwire. As a business development associate in the Prime Clerk practice, DeStefano will support business development efforts, develop and implement strategic marketing initiatives, and assist in managing key client relationships. DeStefano graduated from Elon University and holds a B.S. in finance.

Saima Meyer, Managing Director and leader of Prime Clerk’s Business Development team, said, “We are excited to have such experienced, dynamic professionals join Prime Clerk. The wide range of skills, commitment to client service and first-hand restructuring professional experience that Stacey and Bobby bring strengthens the caliber of our team. We look forward to their continued success as part of the firm.”

This announcement follows the recent launch of Kroll Business Services, which brings together Prime Clerk, who was acquired by Kroll in 2019, and its other acquisitions under a unified brand as the global leader in claims administration, corporate actions, loan and bond administration, restructuring, liability management, notice media and other related complex legal and business solutions.
