Kroll Expands Australia Cyber Team with New Incident Response Lead

Sydney – Kroll, the global leader in cyber security management, governance and risk services has today announced the appointment of Karthik Ramanathan as Senior Vice President of Digital Forensics and Incident Response in Kroll’s Cyber Risk practice. In his role he will be responsible for leading and further advancing Kroll’s digital forensics and incident response expertise and resources within the region.

Karthik has nearly 20 years’ experience in the cyber security industry, working in both the private and government sectors in Australia across industries including banking, telecommunications, energy, utilities and retail. His core areas of expertise are Incident Response, Digital Forensic, Threat Hunting and Intrusion Analysis.

Prior to moving into security consulting, Karthik worked for various Australian Federal Government Departments for close to 15 years, leading a number of high-profile incident response investigations.
