“One of the reasons we developed the Heat Map is because there’s so much information out there, we wanted to put everything in the same place… We’ve seen a huge increase in fraud and a lot of frailty in core supply chains. Companies need to keep their guard up - don’t allow irrational optimism which is what so often drives people to make bad decisions or be defrauded. Organizations should keep as close an eye on their supply chain and their supply chain’s ability to continue producing, as they do on their customers’ ability to continue purchasing.”
