Kroll Adds Complimentary $1 Million Incident Protection Warranty to Managed Detection and Response (MDR) Service
Bolstering Complete Response Capabilities, Kroll Responder MDR Offered with Incident Protection Warranty
New York – Kroll, the leading independent provider of global risk and financial advisory solutions, announced today that it is offering customers of its managed detection and response (MDR) solution, Kroll Responder, an Incident Protection warranty worth $1 million (mn).
Kroll is able to offer qualifying clients—both new and existing—the benefit of a complimentary warranty. Unlike some other warranty schemes in the market, the provision of Kroll’s $1 mn Incident Protection warranty is not dependent on client size or other technology vendor choices. Instead, Kroll is simply tying its warranty to qualifying Kroll Responder service for clients that have endpoint protection as part of their package.
The warranty reimburses costs related to a range of potential breach events including costs related to ransomware, business email compromise, compliance and regulatory failure, as well as business income loss.
