Kroll Announces the Launch of its Legal Settlement Administration Practice

New York – Kroll, the world’s premier provider of services and digital products related to governance, risk, and transparency, today announced the launch of Kroll Settlement Administration. As a part of Kroll Business Services, the settlement administration practice provides industry-leading solutions for class action notice and administration, mass tort administration, regulatory remediation and government claims administration.

Kroll Settlement Administration has also expanded its leadership team with the addition of two industry experts, Randall Burkholder and Angela Ferrante, to help drive growth and expand operations. Burkholder, with over 15 years of legal process outsourcing experience, will lead the settlement administration business practice and report to Shai Waisman, Global Head of Kroll Business Services. Ferrante, a lawyer with over 15 years of experience in class action and bankruptcy administration, will oversee business operations and client services. Burkholder and Ferrante will join industry veteran Edward Radetich as part of Kroll Settlement’s leadership committee.
