Ken Joseph Discusses SEC and DOJ Investigation into Nikola with Law360

Ken Joseph, Managing Director and Global Head of the Disputes Consulting practice, discusses short-seller allegations that Nikola exaggerated its ability to develop hydrogen-electric trucks and passed off third-party products as its own in a recent Law360 article.
