Keith Novak Discusses Impact of Ransomware and Email Attacks with Claims Magazine

To better understand the demands for cyber claims in 2019 and the growing trends for 2020, Claims Magazine spoke to industry experts, including Keith Novak, Associate Managing Director with the Cyber Risk practice of Kroll, a division of Duff & Phelps.

Keith noted that the two most common attacks are ransomware and business email compromise. Kroll investigators have witnessed a rise in ransomware attacks and ever more sophisticated business email compromise attacks, which will likely continue to drive claims in 2020.
