Kroll Named Incident Response Global Partner of the Year by World-leading Endpoint Security Provider Bit9+ Carbon Black

Kroll, a global leader in risk mitigation and response solutions, announces it has been named Incident Response global partner of the year by Bit9® + Carbon Black®, the leader in endpoint threat prevention, detection and response. The award was presented at the Bit9 + Carbon Black inaugural Partner Xchange held on October 19, 2015, in Las Vegas, Nevada.

“I want to congratulate Kroll for earning our Incident Response global partner of the year award and for playing a vital role helping us achieve record growth,” said Tom Barsi, Vice President, business development for Bit9 + Carbon Black. “The combination of Kroll’s in-depth incident response expertise and Bit9 + Carbon Black’s industry-leading endpoint detection and response platform has proven to be a compelling value proposition for customers.”

Kroll joined the “Bit9 + Carbon Black Connect” Alliance Program as an incident response partner in August 2014. As a Connect IR partner, Kroll uses the Carbon Black solution to help enterprise customers remediate cyber attacks and breaches. When a client experiences an attack, the Kroll team uses Carbon Black to pinpoint each endpoint and server on which malware has landed and reveal the entire “kill chain” of the attack, ultimately enabling Kroll to move rapidly to contain attacks and accelerate remediation efforts.

In accepting the award, Kroll Cyber Investigations Practice Leader Timothy P. Ryan said, “Kroll is proud and grateful to receive this award from Bit9 + Carbon Black, who are at the cutting-edge of enterprise cybersecurity. Kroll’s deployment of the Bit9 + Carbon Black toolset in many of our investigations has provided levels of security assurance and cost savings to our clients that are unparalleled.”
